oh well I WISH I did...always planned on it , never happened though, plus I can't find 4-5 guys to have a league with...

Used to play what we called "strikeout"

Small backyard, with a large wooden fence separating the neighbors yard.

Batter would stand in front of the fence where home plate was, and pitcher would stand back, probably about the distance of a little league pitching mat.

Catch is, we would use a Tennis Ball.

That way we could pitch as hard and fast as we liked, making it difficult to hit, but wouldn't hurt that much if the batter got hit with it.

The field was very small, the bases weren't that far apart, and right behind the small outfield was many Orange trees, where if you hit it, was an instant Home Run.

I saw a little cornhole being played in jail but that game was MUCH different.

I guess your view gets a little obstructed when you have a hold of your ankles and you're trying to look over your shoulder and figure out the game:hump:

We had a game similar Hache...

We played baseball with a tennis ball up in my friends yard, usually 2 on 2...he had this monsterous tree out in centerfield where the home run fence was....the ball would get up in that tree and anything could happen, home run fence was across the street, it we had some great tim3es for many summers in that yard on that quirky field that seemed to fit the game we were playing....

I'd give anything to walk up my old street and knock his door and play 2-2 like it was back in the day...lol- we would wear the plastic batting helmets, just to be cool...

Not me Pal, sorry to disappoint. Take a walk through 4400 High-Power and you'll see things that would scare the devil himself.

what is 4400 High- Power?

we also play the ring game, where you swing a ring attached to a string(which is attached to the ceiling) and try to hook it on a hook against the wall.
Simple game in concept, but fun
